1) I've never had a reading before, what can I expect?

First of all, take some time to find the right reading for you. If you need any help or advice on this, go ahead and contact me. I'm here to help! Once you submit your order I always aim to complete your reading within 48 hours, and will then email it to you. The reading I carry out for you, will be personal and specific. I treat all of my customers with care and respect, and you can be assured that details of your reading will never be disclosed to anybody other than you.

2) What sort of question should I ask when ordering my reading?

This is entirely dependant upon your individual circumstance. A personal reading can help give insight into just about any matter you could think of. What are you curious about right now? Take a moment to consider what is going on in your life right now that you would like some guidance on, and ask a question that is meaningful to you. It is not recommended to ask a question that requires a yes or no answer. Let me give you an example:

Question:  Will my relationship with my boyfriend end?

This is an example of a bad way to phrase a question when ordering your reading. I can carry out a reading and concentrate it on your love life, however I cannot give you a yes or no on such an important issue, simply because the power to decide this is in your hands alone, not mine. What I CAN do, is offer guidance based upon the cards that come up in your reading, and let you know of any trends I see in your future. Therefore, in this example, the best way to phrase your question would be something like this:

Question:  What do I need to know about my relationship right now?

3) Are my details secure when paying online?

Yes. Tarot Order payments are processed using Paypal. This means that at no time does anybody ever see your payment information, including me. Your information is processed securely and privately. Once you have made your transaction, you will be automatically directed back to Tarot Order. Paypal will email you a receipt for your records, and I will receive an email telling me which product you have ordered. I will then pair the Paypal email up with your order form, and contact you via email to let you know when to expect your reading. Under normal circumstances you will receive your reading within 48 hours.

4) Is there anybody you won't read for?

I will not read for anybody under the age of 18. I also reserve the right to refuse to carry out a reading if I suspect the querent to be involved in anything that I consider to be unethical.

5) Can I get a refund if I don't like my reading?

All services offered here at Tarot Order, are non refundable. I spend a great deal of time and care with each reading, and have done everything I can to ensure you enter into a readng request fully informed. The payment you make, covers the time I will spend reading for you, and is therefore non refundable.
